A Child’s Blessing

Children come into this world pure and innocent. It is what they are taught and exposed to that shapes their thoughts, behaviors and experiences. In the beginning, they are like sponges; ready to soak up everything presented before them. Then they develop their own preferences, likes, dislikes, etc.

Unfortunately, a lot of kids have to grow up or step up at an early age because of environmental issues, family problems, or personal physical, mental, or emotional situations. This was the inspiration behind my design for my kids Loosen Up And Live t-Shirt. As parents, we should strive to shield our children from our personal problems as much as possible. Allow them to just be children, and enjoy life as a kid should. Let them focus on playing ball, jumping rope, toys, new hobbies, and giving and receiving love from family and friends.

Sadly, they end up in predicaments such as bullying, homelessness, poverty, abuse, self hatred, parental absence, suicide, and a host of other adversities still not mentioned here. So while we can, we have to love our children, hold on to them, protect them, teach them, and respect them. All situations cannot be avoided. But when misery strikes, we have to strive to do our best to deal with or overcome the problem because our children are a blessing to us and we are the same to them. Kids are strong deep down and in their own way. But in the end, they still need us in every way possible!!!❤️❤️❤️
